How long will my order take to arrive?
JapEssentials strives for fast turnaround times. Depending on the product it may take longer then others however rest be assured it is being worked on! If your part is in stock it will be same day dispatch!
Typical Dispatch ETA Range if Item is not in stock:
Cluster Mount: 2-3 Days.
Ducted Headlight: 5-7 Days.
Interior: 4-6 Days.
Am I able to return or refund my purchase?
We highly advise you to carefully consider your purchase decision, given that our products are tailored to your specific requirements which may incur return charges. In the case you have a change of heart and wish to return your order after receiving it, we are pleased to offer refunds or exchanges, provided that the item remains unopened and in its original packaging. This opportunity is valid for a period of 7 days following the delivery time and date. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% will be applied, in addition to the shipping fee in order to send us back the item.
We will not accept refund of the following:
- Returns without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
- If the products have been used, any bolting points have been fastened to a surface or if the products show signs of damage.
- Any special orders specifically designed for your applications will not be accepted.
- We require proof of professional installation to consider claims of product defects as valid. Please ensure you provide the necessary documentation to support your claim.
- Please be aware that while we take precautions such as wrapping our items in bubble wrap and cardboard boxes for shipping, there is still a possibility of freight damage caused by shipping companies. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage that occurs during transportation. We strongly advise buyers to consider purchasing freight insurance. If you would like to add freight insurance to your order, please contact us.

If I want custom parts, how do I order them?
Looking for custom parts? Look no further! JapEssentials is your go-to solution, whether you require a simple prototype or a part with multiple components we can engineer your needs.
To place an order for your custom part, simply reach out to us through our email at info@japessentials.com or via the ‘Contact Us’ page on our website. We will collaborate with you closely to ensure that we bring your specific vision to life with precision and attention to detail.
Are the parts going to fit?
Absolutely, all products have been scanned through a professional grade scanner with 0.012mm accuracy. We test fit all our prototypes during our development stage to ensure they fit correctly and with ease. As the customer you take full responsibility to ensure you purchase the correct corresponding product for your car and a qualified mechanic to install the product.
With our ducted headlight range due to many external factors such as your car potentially being in an accident over the years, we have tested fitted our products on factory-like cars with no pre-existing accident or damage history to ensure fitment is exactly how the factory headlights are mounted. Thus, if your factory headlights fit without any modification then our ducted headlights will fit!
What payment options are available?
Currently we only accept the following:

We accept payments from a range of card networks such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SHOP and UnionPay.
What are your operating hours?
Here at JapEssentials we work around the clock 7 days a week. If you process an order for example Saturday morning, depending on customer volume it should be packed and ready to be shipped to your door by Monday! We try to answer your questions through our email contact as quickly as possible, typically in a range of approximately 4 hours.
Do you do discounts?
Yes and no. If you are asking if we do discounts for random individual orders we don’t unfortunately offer this. However, we do a lot of discounts year-round so keep an eye out for those! Also at JapEssentials we are currently the cheapest in the market and offer promotions regularly. Please stay up to date with our Facebook and website so you don’t miss out on our great offers!

I have a background in Mechatronic Engineering which was heavily focused on advanced CAD methods such as surface modelling, solid modelling, 3D scanning, reverse engineering and also computer vision.
